US FIRE is a highly effective insecticide containing Emamectin Benzoate for the control of lepidopteran pests. It provides strong larvicidal action with quick feeding cessation, protecting crops from severe leaf and fruit damage.
For Recommendation:
| CROPS | TARGET PESTS | DOSAGE (per acre/hectare) | SUITABLE TIME FOR APPLICATION (if any) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cotton | Bollworms | 80–100 gm per acre (200–250 gm/ha) | At early larval stage |
| Vegetables (Chilli, Tomato, Brinjal) | Fruit & Shoot Borer, Spodoptera | 80–100 gm per acre (200–250 gm/ha) | On first appearance of larvae |
| Pulses | Pod Borer | 80–90 gm per acre (200–225 gm/ha) | During active larval infestation |
| Cabbage & Cauliflower | Diamondback Moth | 80 gm per acre (200 gm/ha) | Early infestation stage |
Mode of Action:
Emamectin Benzoate acts on the insect nervous system by activating chloride channels (GABA and glutamate-gated channels), causing paralysis and stopping feeding activity. Larvae stop feeding shortly after ingestion and die within a few days.
OTE (Overall Technical Effect):
Provides rapid feeding inhibition, strong larval control, reduced crop damage, and longer residual protection. Helps in resistance management when used in rotation and significantly improves crop yield and quality.
Safety Precautions:
-
Wear protective gloves, mask, and clothing during spraying.
-
Avoid inhalation and direct contact with skin and eyes.
-
Do not spray during strong winds or high temperatures.
-
Keep away from children, animals, and water bodies.
-
Follow recommended dosage and observe pre-harvest interval.
Note: Insecticide is for agricultural purposes only.
