OXIN is a systemic fungicide containing Thiophanate Methyl 70% WP, effective against a wide range of fungal diseases. It provides both preventive and curative control, protecting crops from yield losses and improving overall plant health.
For Recommendation:
| CROPS | TARGET DISEASES | DOSAGE (per acre/hectare) | SUITABLE TIME FOR APPLICATION (if any) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fruits (Mango, Apple, Grapes) | Powdery Mildew, Anthracnose | 250–400 gm per acre (600–1000 gm/ha) | At first appearance of disease |
| Vegetables | Leaf Spot, Blight | 250–350 gm per acre (600–875 gm/ha) | Preventive or early infection stage |
| Cereals & Pulses | Wilt, Leaf Spot | 300–400 gm per acre (750–1000 gm/ha) | At early disease symptoms |
Mode of Action:
Thiophanate Methyl is a systemic benzimidazole fungicide that converts into carbendazim inside the plant. It interferes with fungal cell division by inhibiting mitosis, thereby preventing growth and spread of fungal pathogens.
OTE (Overall Technical Effect):
Provides long-lasting systemic protection, controls a broad spectrum of fungal diseases, reduces disease spread, enhances plant vigor, and supports higher yield and better crop quality.
Safety Precautions:
-
Wear gloves, mask, and protective clothing during mixing and spraying.
-
Avoid inhalation and direct skin contact.
-
Do not spray during high wind conditions.
-
Wash hands and equipment thoroughly after use.
-
Follow recommended dosage and pre-harvest interval strictly.
Note: Fungicide is for agricultural purposes only.
